The Filter Kings blend rock, blues and a splash of funk to ensure that every performance becomes a groove!

Formed in Buffalo, NY in October of 2000, The Filter Kings have been busy performing at numerous venues around the East coast. In June 2001, guitarist Mark Krurnowski won second place in the North American Rock Guitar competition held during the first annual WNED Buffalo Niagara Guitar Festival. The Filter Kings have had the opportunity to perform with such national acts as Blues Traveler, Blue Oyster Cult, Rick Springfield, James Cotton, Marcia Ball, Omar & The Howlers, Rik Emmett, Peter Frampton and The Fabulous Thunderbirds.

The band is currently hard at work promoting their debut CD, which features eleven original tracks. You can see them in Buffalo, WNY, Southern Ontario and Rochester. Take a listen to their MP3 clips to capture the spirit of their live performances.
